Helena has over 20 years of experience in operations.

She has been educated at the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne (EHL) and since her early years assumed key roles within luxury hotels across Europe, and conference and event management companies specialising in corporate hospitality.

Helena joined the Olympic Movement, through the Athens 2004 Organising Committee in June 2000 as Head of Hospitality and Venue Director. At the completion of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, she received the IOC award for an exceptional Hospitality Programme.

Since 2004 Helena has been consulting in hospitality operations and planning, specialising in Accommodation, Events and F&B. She has been engaged in various projects including international conferences, private venues and large international sporting events, both Olympic and non-Olympic.
