Lily’s background is mainly in the travel industry with in-depth knowledge of the entire travel market.

She holds a BA in Economics from University of Buckingham and a MSc in Multinational Enterprises & Economics of EU from the University of Reading.

Lily’s working career started in the US and continued in the UK where she is now based. Lily held key airline positions before setting up a successful travel management company (TMC) in London which was later listed in AIM. After selling the company, she remained a European Director for 5 years looking after major corporate clients before joining Aegean Airlines in the UK as Country Head.

Lily joined WithHindsight Associates in 2015 and heads the corporate travel consulting arm.
